We recently had our first snow storm of the season which meant Owen got to taste his very first snowball.  You can’t see the snowball in this picture but as you can see he wasn’t too sure about it!  I don’t think he liked how cold it was on his hands.  Either that or else he was upset that the Utes were getting killed by TCU!

Owen's first snowball

The first snow also meant Owen needed some new gear to keep him warm.  The hat is a little big but I think it will do the trick.

Owen's new hat and gloves

Owen has now learned how to roll from his back to his tummy.  We’ve noticed that he only rolls to his left.  It doesn’t matter if he is rolling tummy to back or back to tummy.

He has started scooting around a little bit and when he is on his tummy he lifts his bum in the air and gets on his knees.  I think we are going to have a crawler soon.  We never planned on having a kid at this house and now we are about to childproof it.  Hopefully we get moved before he starts walking.

Owen rolled over for the first time today!  I put him on his stomach for some tummy time this morning and he immediately rolled onto his back.  I thought it might have been a fluke so I put him on his stomach again.  Sure enough he rolled right over.

As soon as Owen started playing with his toes I knew it was just a matter of time until he stuck them in his mouth.  Well he figured it out!  I must say it’s pretty dang cute.  Luckily his toes are always clean!

Harrison & Owen

Two cute guys!

Owen sucking his thumb

Owen played in the leaves for the first time.  Mostly he just tried to eat them.  And yes that is my son sucking his thumb.  It’s one of his new tricks.

Halloween Dinner

Sabrina made us a delicious Halloween dinner.

Harrison Trick-or-Treating

Harrison had a great time Trick-or-Treating.

Owen Sleeping

Owen slept through Trick-or-Treating.

This video is a post Trick-or-Treat interview with Harrison.

This video is of Owen “Bones” in his skeleton costume.  It’s kind of hard to see but his costume glows in the dark at the end.
